 Q: Are Pillowtex products carried in stores? 

A: Pillowtex  bedding is not carried in stores at this time.

 Q: Are products from the old Pillowtex  line still being made?

A: Pillowtex  was purchased in 2004 after the company went banrupt. The old line is no longer being made, but the new Pillowtex  line is growing every day. Please feel free to contact us if you are looking for a specific product, or if you are unsure if the product you have came from the old line. 

 Q: Is the Pillowtex  product that I own still covered under warranty? 

A: Products manufactured prior to the banruptcy are no longer covered under warranty. Pillowtex  offers a 3 Year Manufacturer Product Defect Warranty on products manufactured under the new line.  

 Q: How can former Pillowtex  employees find information about benefits, such as pension?

A: We do not have information regarding benefits for former employees. 

 Q: I own a Cannon product that is defective, how can I replace it?

A: Pillowtex  owned Cannon prior to the bankruptcy, and unfortunately no longer owns the brand name. We would recommend contacting the location you purchased the product from regarding warranty information, or if you have other questions. If the product is from the Cannon line before the bankruptcy we are unable to honor any warranties. 

 Q: I own a Fieldcrest product that is defective, how can I replace it? 

A: Pillowtex  owned Fieldcrest prior to the bankruptcy, and unfortunately no longer owns the brand name. We would recommend contacting the location you purchased the product from regarding warranty information, or if you have other questions. If the product is from the Fieldcrest line before the bankruptcy we are unable to honor any warranties.
